Eating a vegan diet could be the “single biggest way” to leave a better world for your kiddies. Do you want to know why? We'll keep it simple:

1) More than 80% of farmland is used for livestock but it produces only 18% of food calories.

2) About one third of the world's water consumption is for producing animal products.

3) You'll help to preserve habitats and species. Eating animals is the largest contributing factor in habitat loss and extinction.

4) Animal agriculture is responsible for 18% of global greenhouse gas emissions.

5) Emissions for agriculture are projected to increase 80% by 2050 if we don't change our diets.

Are you ready for a healthier little change? Let us help you with at least one vegan meal a day:
